EatStreet

EatStreet is a small company located in the San Francisco and Bay area. The company was created to make people aware of the original Sicilian street food.

Problem Statement

  • Italian food is trendy around the USA, but what about the traditional Sicilian food? Sicilian cuisine is also well- known to have a wide variation of street food. The mission is to create a brand that will be popular around people who love Italian food and want to discover the Sicilian street food art, which is very particular and less popular. In the beginning, EatStreet will serve the Bay Area with a food truck. In the next two years, we are planning to open the first small shop in the Financial District of San Francisco.

Target Audience

The target audience of EatStreet will be any person from 20 to 75 years old who lives in the Bay Area that would know more about Sicilian food and culture. Also, another persona would be the nostalgic Italians that live in the Bay Area that wants to enjoy some original Italian cuisine.

What I learned?

  1. Learn from your competitors
    The competitor's analysis is a crucial step where you can learn how and why some products work well or not.

  2. The user needs first!
    Never be afraid of talking with your client and make sure that you are on the same page.

  3. Be proud of what you created!
    After studying the user research results, It was clear what to improve and what to remove.
